You will be an active team manager of tender & project office having in charge the mission below:

    • Develop Project Planning Management from bid stage up to project completion. Coordinate with operational planning in PL when a split is required. Make sure transversal practices are put in place
    • Develop strong Project Planning Management culture within all Alstom business (bid & project) and métiers (Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial)
    • Contribute to master the “End to End” consistent vision for Planning Management from Strategic/Tactics needs (Carousel, S&OP) down to Operations activities.
    • Continuously assess the Planning Managers headcount and skills in all Alstom sites to fit with business and operation needs
    • Assess and develop Planning management competencies and animate Planning Managers community in all Alstom sites and business (RSC, ADM, Services, Infra, TK)
    • Implement strong training and mentoring policy for all Planning Managers in bid, project, programs and métiers organizations
    • Factor key lessons and Return of Experience to set, enforce and continuously improve adherence to the Planning management processes in close coordination with sites and métiers
    • Set, enforce and continuously improve adherence to the Planning Management tools (PMS, MS Project, Primavera P6, Tylos, …) in close coordination with sites, métiers, Platforms and IS&T


Your profile :



  • Master’s degree / Graduated from Engineering or Business School
  • 10 years Leadership experience in large projects management / functional role/Leadership of global teams
  • Preferably in railway industry or transport industry,
  • Leadership skills in a global environment, Project Management, PMO,
  • Change Management, Effective Communication, Stakeholders Management
  • Fluency in English
