WHAT WE CAN ACHIEVE TOGETHER:

 

As part of our Alstom Digital & Integrated Systems business, the Saint-Ouen Development Centre is in charge of designing the main Alstom Urban CBTC Signaling Solutions: Urbalis 400, a system deployed on more than 100 projects worldwide, and Urbalis Fluence, our latest and most innovative Urban Signaling System. 

 

As per the Alstom in Motion program, where deliver is on the pillar, Fluence is one key programs of Digital &Integrated System .  Fluence BL1 Program Manager oversees Fluence development activities for 1st project application Lille/CCST and supports project deployment during Test & Commissioning, Trial Running, Revenue Service and Warranty phases.  He/he is based in Saint-Ouen, France. His/Her main missions and responsibilities are:
 

Your role is to:

 

•    Manage Fluence BL1 baseline and its road map (R&D funding, development, sustaining, …) 
- Structure coordination of BL1 Core Team

- Interface with Product development teams (CCP1… ) 
- Implement effective governance cycle with structured KPIs/Dashboard to report 


•    Manage Fluence BL1 scope:   
- Functional scope in accordance with project needs and considering existing solution 
- Minimize the development effort and investment and ensure effective CCB Process Management 


•    Support Lille/CCST project managers in customermanagement for Program Development reporting !:  (Monthly Customer follow-up, Audits…) 


•    Implement continuous improvement approach
- Improve Design, Development and Deployment strategy
- Push Métiers (SW, V&V, System) in competitiveness approach
- Develop and execute competitiveness plans for U400 as per ADM Urban Platform objectives
•    Manage Baseline QCD (Quality Cost Delivery) as per commitments for Lille/CCST project 
•    Ensure regular reporting in Program Review and Program Review Board on Progress of development and QCD consolidation 
•    Applies process, methods and tools as referenced by the program plans
