OBJECTIVES OF THE MISSION:

We are looking for an intern for our RSC Digital Train department. As part of the Digital Train program teams, your objectives will be to lead or be involved in the deployment and implementation of the Digital Train program for the entities concerned.

 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MISSION:

You will be in charge of the following missions:

  • Strategic monitoring and benchmarking of digital innovations, partnerships and services (advanced maintenance, remote control, "as a service" functionalities, etc.);
  • Deployment of a technical and industrial policy to structure the implementation of Train Digital solutions across existing organizations (product lines, platforms, development sites, etc.);
  • Consolidation of an incremental technical roadmap to keep pace with successive developments and improvements, while taking into account the many existing constraints;
  • Structuring a transformation plan (interfaces, responsibilities, methods/processes, skills) with the aim of adapting the company's business lines;
  • Definition and implementation of performance indicators;
  • Deployment of a strategy to adapt to new regulatory constraints (eg. European Data Act).

 

PROFILE:

Educational level: 5 years' higher education, in engineering and/or business and strategy.

Technical & behavioral skills:

We are looking for both an engineering and a business profile to ensure a strong complementarity. The candidate will need to understand technical, organizational, strategic and business issues. You will be working in a highly innovative environment, in an industry with long cycles. He/she will have to interact with numerous contacts, interface with a wide variety of professions, and grasp an organization that may appear complex. An analytical and structured approach is essential, as are excellent communication and synthesis skills.
