Could you be the full-time Digital Train Product Director in Saint-Ouen we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. under the leadership of Thierry Bonnefous, our Digital Train Program Director,you’ll work alongside dynamic and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Remote Train Operations (RTO) by driving the evolution of our innovative solutions from demonstrators to fully industrialized products. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Digital Services, Regions, and Platforms), oversee product development, and ensure alignment with market needs and technical advancements.

You’ll specifically take care of structuring and leading activities to integrate Remote Driving solutions into our portfolio, but also support product standardization and competitiveness initiatives.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Setting up the Product Strategy and supporting market intelligence in collaboration with the Digital Services team

  • Assessing product performance and driving product development

  • Preparing Product Approval Boards with business cases and monitoring QCD execution with project management support

  • Supporting product solutions during business development and tender phases

  • Challenging and managing product solution evolutions

  • Driving standardization efforts and developing reference solutions and competitiveness plans

  • Managing configuration and change management (baseline management)

  • Following project execution and implementing lessons learned (REX)


All about you

  • Degree in Engineering (Master’s level)

  • Solid technical background in Rolling Stock

  • Experience in regional solutions (PM and/or technical) is a plus

  • At least 15 years of professional experience

  • A strategic vision in understanding market needs, competitive trends, and technical evolution

  • Strong ability to analyze, synthesize, and prepare clear reporting for management and stakeholders

  • Decision-making skills and a drive to achieve results

  • Agility in adapting to constantly evolving environments

  • Experience working in multicultural environments

  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
