Could you be the full-time Digital System Engineering Manager in Saint-Ouen we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your system engineering expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in enabling Alstom's migration toward a Software-defined Train, contributing to the development of a prototype that spans multiple functional domains. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across Engineering Metiers, promote and implement model-based engineering strategies, and lead transformative initiatives to enhance efficiency and collaboration across all stakeholders.
You’ll specifically take care of designing tools and processes to improve team performance and formalizing immersive Model-Based Design workflows for enterprise-level deployment, but also defining continuous delivery processes and toolchains for the Software-defined Train.
We’ll look to you for:

Identifying, promoting, and implementing model-based engineering strategies (MBSE & MBD)

Setting up prototyping to develop and assess logical items off-cycle

Assessing and formalizing immersive Model-Based Design workflows for large-scale deployment

Creating tools and processes to enhance team efficiency and collaboration

Defining continuous delivery processes for Digital System Engineering activities aligned with CI/CD approaches

Establishing toolchains for the Software-defined Train

Engineer degree (Master's) in a relevant field

10 years of relevant experience in an engineering environment

Solid system engineering background
