Your future role

 

You'll play a key role in shaping and enhancing Alstom’s digital offering and market intelligence strategies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Product Line Platforms, Digital Services Regions, and Communication Teams), coordinate a broad ecosystem, and contribute to impactful marketing and communication initiatives.

 

You’ll specifically take care of creating, maintaining, and updating a comprehensive database on market intelligence related to digital offerings, but also propose ad hoc discussions on emerging trends from competitors and customers.

 

Your mission

 

  • Documenting, maintaining, and co-creating presentations of our digital offering and value propositions to support customer discussions (e.g., value propositions, sales battlecards, use cases, case studies).
  • Collaborating with Product Line Platforms Leads to integrate digital offerings into their marketing strategies and storytelling.
  • Supporting the production of digital offering-related content for internal corporate communications in collaboration with the D&IS communication team.
  • Engaging with other Product Lines' communication teams to effectively disseminate information on digital offerings through webinars, mailings, SharePoint, and events.
  • Assisting Digital Services Regions with customer meeting preparations, especially during early pre-tendering discussions.
  • Supporting events preparation by gathering content, presentations, and documentation, as well as creating updated and relevant content for corporate websites and social networks.
  • Monitoring and documenting competitors’ marketing communication strategies regarding digital offerings to provide valuable insights to the Leadership Team.

  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to frame & propose methodology / approach
  • Ability to discuss business & technical topics with diverse profiles / background (BD, sales, marcom, engineers, architects …)
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate broad ecosystem
  • Ability to quickly appropriate new content and exploit related data
  • Understanding of digital and rail markets is a plus
  • Proactivity,  curiosity, rigor and agility
  • English and French as a professional level, written and speaking
