Roles & Responsibilities:
- In the frame of PLM and ALM programs, the Digital continuity & Config Leader (DCL) is the technical referent of the program. The DCL interfaces with all Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) business.
- The DCL ensures the Data centricity & Digital continuity, using his knowledges of D&IS main tools and processes (Configuration, Change, Documentation management, etc.).
- The DCL ensures that the E2E tools ecosystem meets the D&IS business needs.
- The DCL contributes to ensure the consistency of D&IS E2E Configuration, including the build, integration, delivery and Change management through all D&IS main tools, and in collaboration with the Process/Discipline Owners.
Key accountabilities:
- Review the gap analysis performed during preparation phase
- Capture and analyse the PLM and ALM Technical Requirements related to CCM and Doc
- Elaborate the best way to implement the As-Is in the future tool
- Follow up the migration of legacy data
- Propose high level specifications for interfaces with legacy tools (if needed)
- Write user stories with associated functional rules and tests cases
- Ensure that proper testing of future tool is performed
- Ensure application of configuration and change standard procedures, instructions, and templates within the tools.
- Facilitate convergence of way of working
- Suggests improvements of the activity
- Support the editor to understand the US and As-Is
- As stream leader, ensure the continuity of the stream activities
- Support the Key User network
- Support Key User and End User Trainings
- Ensure alignment between processes (Document and CCM in particular) and tools
- Design and Lead the Transformation of CCM and Doc Process due to the ALM and PLM possibilities.

Mandatory Experience:
- Advanced knowledge of D&IS processes (Configuration and Change management, Document management, Versioning rules)
- Knowledge of AEC/tpPLM, ClearQuest
- Knowledge of other D&IS tools (ALM, PLM ADM)
Desirable Experience:
- Design of a PLM solution
- Design of an ALM solution
- Knowledge of ERP
- Knowledge of electronical, mechanical, and electrical design processes
- Experience in railway projects
