We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Digital Business Development and Commercial Director to define and support the proper Digital offering. This role is critical in helping us develop market dynamics, anticipate trends, digital solution design and maintain a competitive edge in the evolving digital services landscape in rail. You will be part of the Services Product Line Digital Roadmap & Adoption located in Saint-Ouen and be responsible for the following activities:
Accountabilities & Authorities :
- Develop the Service business through Digital Solutions for Services.
- Develop Digital Solutions offering in the Regions and create awareness of overall Alstom digital value proposition
- Promote Digital Solutions capabilities out of Alstom and develop related external visibility.
- Influence the Digital Solutions roadmaps by getting relevant developments of competitors, and identify relevant internal requests from regions
- Support the creation of pipelines of Digital Solutions opportunities in Regions and ensure their tracking in Wall C
- Create and test sales approach for Digital Solutions, incl packaging, pricing, RoI calculation, customer presentations.
- Promote strategic Services initiatives to push Digital Solutions and change the Service value proposition through Digital Solutions.
- Deploy, across Regions/Clusters/Countries, Best Practices and Approaches for go-to-market ensuring positive Rex.

- Business Acumen
Mandatory:
- Master in Business Administration, or PhD in Digital B2B, Data Sciences, Digital Product and Services management or Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years experience.
