The train mechanical development metier is recruiting an experienced technical manager for a position in Saint-Ouen headquarters, France.
From this position you will manage the development and the implementation of tools, dash-board and governances covering from the tender phase up to the train validation.
This includes specifically:
- A tender cost model to predict the mechanical study development cost.
- Dashboard, Key Indicators and governance to control the development from the train layout definition up to the detailed studies and the train validation.
You will bring to these subjects a rigorous progressive improvement as well as the distinctive innovation level, fitting for a leader of the railway market. In this last objective, you will specify agile and opened tools; go ahead of conventional KPI, measuring anticipative parameters (such as tension evolution, condition of success, % of activity exposed to rework, …). You will then become a key actor of the development governance renewal.

Skills:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in a mechanical integration industry (in transport is a plus), including 3 years in operational management, scheduling, NRC costing, or cost control.
- Have an engineer diploma (or equivalent) and master English communication
- Have a clear motivation for collaborative activities
- Do not accept unsatisfying solutions
