Purpose of the Job
• Provide DEQ expertise and support for opportunities, tenders & projects.
• Participate in the DEQ reference library/solutions and return of experience to improve competitiveness
• Apply Design For Quality process and support to DEQ community

Responsibilities :
Opportunities
• Support Marketing to optimize DEQ proposals
• Support Alstom’s Regions for Tender Prequalification
Tenders
• Provide central DEQ support to prepare tender submittal
• Provide the technical support requested by Bid Manager
• Validate with the DEQ Engineering Manager the proposed project industrial organisation
• Mobilisation plan proposal/approval for onshore and offshore
• Lead the tender design review(s) in collaboration with DEQ Engineering Manager
• Ensure Design For Quality process
• Participate to the QCD event
Projects
• Provide central DEQ support
• Advice Alstom’s Region on DEQ project mobilisation plans
• Ensure Design For Quality process
• Ensure preparation of the project gate review(s)
Reference Library/Solutions
• Active part to build and maintain the Reference Library and related Solutions
• Contribute to the REX Library
• Enhance the competitiveness of the DEQ solutions
• Enhance the technical expertise of the DEQ population
Educational Requirements
• Electro mechanical or similar Engineering Degree
• Solid knowledge for MS Project, Primavera, Autocad, Excel, Word, Power Point
• Fluent English
Desired Knowledge / Experience
• Rail infrastructure, train maintenance and/or railways depots required
• 3-5 years’ experience in railway project and tender
• Good knowledge of electromechanical machines
• Civil work activities interface management
• Knowledge of information management system between machines and subsystems

• Initiative and decision minded
• Team spirit approach and good communication skills
• Ability to analyse/summarize
Technical Skills & Competencies
• Good space vision (interfaces, drawing, 3D model …)
