Within the Rolling Stock & Components (RSC) Development & Operations Product Line, the RSC Development and Project Office is responsible for defining standards, methodologies and tools for Engineering, Development and Project and for supporting Regions for developing competencies and for supporting projects in development phase.


Reporting to the RSC Engineering organization, the RSC Train Design Metier team is looking for a DMU & PLM Process Manager.


The purpose of this job is to manage methodology for Product Data Management (PDM)  and advance 3D Management


You will be responsible to: 
•    Continuously improve methodologies (3D Master, 3D Lean in connection with Tolerancing)
•    Define PDM Content (rules and monitor site adherence)
•    Promote and expand technical networks (meetings, problem sharing & solving, Open Item List)
•    Evaluate efficiency for PDM use and content (adequate and appropriate information, performance in design)
•    Evaluate efficiency for 3D Modeler and viewer use and functionalities (in front of business needs)
•    Define competency roadmap and provide training material in order to enhance CAD efficiency and enable assessment.
•    Perform quality audits internally and externally on request.

Profile & Job specifications:
•    Knowledge in Rolling Stock & Component architecture, organisation and data exchanges
•    Knowledge in 3D Design in CATIA v5/v6 environment
•    Knowledge of PLM tool, preferably 3D Experience Platform (Dassault System)
•    Structured and organised with hands-on approach.
•    Time management, good communication and reporting skills.
•    Fluent in English
