Introduction

Cash exposure, projects demand volatility and current business dynamic require a structural change of our way of planning & executing our Supply Chain. Our business context is traditionally characterized by the high complexity of the “in-between” management of up-stream industry standards (EMS, Electronics component market) and the high diversity of downstream demand (RS projects, Installation & Construction, Parts&Repairs). Additionally, new instabilities and unforeseen geopolitical threats are bringing additional risks. Post electronic components crisis, the D&IS supply chain management model has stabilized and strengthened, but despite proven methods & tools and expertise upskilling, it nevertheless appears to still be lacking agility and velocity.
