You will join Alstom’s most digital organization, the Digital & Integrated Systems (D&IS) product line, supporting over 12,000 engineers across global programs and projects.

We are looking for a D&IS Digital Continuity & Data Officer, based in Saint Ouen (France), to help drive our fast‑paced digital transformation, including a major overhaul of our tool ecosystem, large‑scale digital engineering initiatives, significant AI deployment, and the harmonization of 200 tools into 50 integrated solutions.

 

 

 

  • Your Missions

You will play a key role in deploying a large transformation program, including: a full redesign of the core tool model, large‑scale introduction of AI, harmonization of 200 tools into 50 integrated solutions, and the extensive rollout of a new digital engineering model.

 

Your main responsibilities:

1. Lead the integration and urbanization of the D&IS ecosystem (end‑to‑end)
• Drive the strategy for the urbanization of critical business applications and information systems
• Ensure consistency and continuity of digital data across tools
• Coordinate transformation programs and digital initiatives

2. Structure and deploy the Data Management / Data Continuity strategy
• Build and maintain the D&IS data model
• Integrate outputs from transformation projects
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration

3. Lead the deployment of PLM4A
• Ensure alignment between business needs and IS&T
• Orchestrate the deployment of the global PLM4A strategy with all stakeholders
• Secure deployment performance (QCD) and cross‑functional collaboration

 

  • Your Profile

• Experience leading large‑scale transformation programs; strong background in digital transformation, data governance and enterprise architecture
• Excellent communication skills, including at executive level
• Master’s degree in digital technologies, data or information systems
• Solid understanding of business processes in an industrial, project‑driven environment
• Knowledge of CAD/ALM/PLM tools (e.g., Catia 3D Experience)
• Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams
• Analytical mindset and strong change‑management orientation
• Experience in industry, ideally system‑ or project‑based
• Proficiency in English and French
