Alstom Digital & Integrated Systems (DIS) product line is looking for a D&IS Demand & Inventory Manager to strengthen its Headquarter Supply Chain team (Supply Chain Central team).
You are in charge of managing the end-to-end demand & inventory processes for the D&IS Product line leveraging the implementation of optimized Supply Chain Design network.
Key accountabilities:
Scope of activity:
- End to end demand management (Operational/Tactical/Strategic Planning)
- Supply Chain network design (from tenders phase up to project execution)
Strategy: Sep up & roll out Supply Chain strategy for his scope
Standards (Process, Methods & Tools): Set up standards (process, methods & tools) & associated documentation + Manage global deployment roadmap
Human Resources:
- Set up targeted organization for his scope of activities
- Set people development roadmap including skills levels, training & qualification path
- Manage World Class Manufacturing network
- Deploy robust supply chain culture at all levels
- Assess key Supply Chain positions competencies and animate development roadmap
Finance:
- Prepare & follow budget for his perimeter including function cost
- Define opportunities leveraging synergies / improvement initiatives / digitalisation
Performance animation:
- Set up performance KPIs, KPIs targets: Hard Inventories, Short/Mid/Long term demand
- Animate global KPIs performance review with Region / Sites and overall action plan to achieve targets
- Validate the Supply Chain network design for main bids & projects
- Ensure full compliance on standards including process review & audits
- Animate APSYS with his peers for the overall Supply Chain scope
- Provide support to Regions and Sites on supply chain stabilization or mobilization of emerging sites, new businesses
Main required competences:
Educational Requirements:
- Graduated from university or engineering school (Master’s degree)
- APICS certification is a +
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain
- Demand management knowledge
- Finance knowledge (focus on HI and cash impact)
- Languages: English fluent, French appreciated
Soft skills:
- Team spirit, able to work in an international environment
- Able to train and train the trainer
- Good communication and collaborative skills
- Transverse leadership and ability to animate remotely (no hierarchical link)
