En tant que responsable de la documentation  dans un  rôle central, vous pilotez l’exécution du projet Manuel, tout encollaborant avec les pairs du projet et la direction de l’ensemble de l’organisation pour créer un environnement de travail cohérent axé sur la livraison à temps et la satisfaction de vos clients.   En tant qu’ambassadeur d’Alstom auprès de vos clients, vous entretenez avec eux un partenariat à long terme, basé sur la confiance et la proximité. Vous comprenez leurs défis et leurs attentes, vous tenez vos promesses et sollicitez leurs commentaires de manière proactive.



  • Soutenir et guider le PrDM des projets individuels.
  • Avec le PM, sélectionnez le bon candidat si nécessaire.
  • Définir les processus de documentation pour RSC et former la fonction de documentation pertinente dans le projet pour suivre et exécuter les processus.
  • Assurez-vous que le DMP et le DML sont disponibles en tant que brouillon dès le premier jour, les KPI sont suivis et conservés.
  • Assurer la livraison en temps opportun de tous les documents du projet, en appliquant et en suivant les KPI pertinents.



Dans ce rôle, vous devez être un leader naturel, capable d’aligner des équipes interfonctionnelles pour livrer à temps et assurer la satisfaction du client.  Vous savez comment développer et maintenir des  relations à long terme avec votre équipe, vos pairs et vos clients.

Qualifications requises:

  • Expérience dans un rôle de leadership.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de relations techniquement complexes - projets.
  • Ingénierie, affaires ou combinaison équivalente de formation.

Qualifications préférées:

  • Expérience dans le domaine du chemin de fer, des infrastructures, des transports. 
  • Expérience en gestion de projet dans un environnement international.
  • Gestion et leadership d’équipes sans responsabilité disciplinaire. Gestion matricielle
  • Expérience dans le domaine du chemin de fer, des infrastructures.

As a Documentation Manager in central role, you drive the execution of the Manual project, while partnering with project peers and management across the organisation to create a cohesive working environment focused on on-time delivery and your customer’s satisfaction. As Alstom’s Ambassador to your customer, you pursue a long-term partnership with them, based on trust and proximity. You understand their challenges and expectations, you deliver on promises and seek their feedback proactively.



  • Support and guide the PrDM of the individual projects.
  • Together with the PM select the right candidate if required.
  • Define the Documentation processes for RSC and train the relevant Documentation function in the project to follow and execute the processes.
  • Make sure that the DMP & DML are available as draft from day one, KPI’s are followed and hold.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of all project materials, by applying and tracking the relevant KPI's.



In this role, you need to be a natural leader, who can align cross-functional teams to deliver on-time and ensure customer’s satisfaction. You know how to develop and maintain long-term relationships with your team, peers, and customer.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience in managing technically complex relation - projects.
  • Engineering, business, or equivalent combination of training.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in the field of railway, infrastructure, transport. 
  • Experience in project management in an international environment.
  • Management and leadership of teams without disciplinary responsibility. Matrix management
  • Experience in the field of railway, infrastructure.
