You will be part of the Technical department at D&IS Services, reporting to HQ, and responsible for the development and operational maintenance of signaling service products for the entire signaling portfolio.

JOB TITLE: Program Manager (M/F)

Position based in Villeurbanne/Saint-Ouen

JOB OBJECTIVES:

As Program Manager, you will be responsible for:

Defining and structuring the Control Room concept and product in conjunction with existing international Solution and Initiative teams (Italy, SPP, Netherlands, APAC, etc.)
Defining the development roadmap and aligning it with development frameworks. Existing D&IS Services (HHSig, Services Tooling, etc.)

Contribute to the development of the product roadmap (development, deployment, and operational maintenance),
propose product specifications aligned with solution needs, in coordination with other program managers,
lead developments related to your product portfolio (R&D, Sustaining, project specifications),
manage and adhere to Quality, Cost, and Delivery commitments for all R&D programs and/or Work Packages assigned to you,
ensure the successful deployment of products across solutions and projects,
coordinate the work of entities adjacent to the development center.

As Team Manager, your main responsibilities include: 
Evaluating, training, and providing ongoing development for your team members, in collaboration with HR, with the aim of improving productivity and quality. Supporting your team members when they need assistance, and continuously developing their technical/technological skills and interpersonal abilities.

PROFILE:

A qualified engineer in Electronics/Computer Science, you have at least 7 years of experience in development and/or project management within a demanding industrial environment. You have demonstrated your ability to lead a team, you are drawn to next-generation system, hardware, and software development methodologies in critical reliability and cybersecurity environments, you enjoy taking on challenges and interacting with users—then join us!
