POSITION OVERVIEW:

 

Part of the Finance Business Process Owners team , you will:

 

    • Ensure an automatic and correct reporting based on GSI data
    • Contribute to the current deployment of the core model around the world

 

You will interface with Finance community, BPO teams, local and regional KUs & IST Team and you will support the animation of regional Business process experts’ network.

 

                           

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Ensure a correct automatic reporting based on SAP data
      • Continuous improvement: identify gaps and corresponding corrective actions
      • Define adequate processes in collaboration with the different functions involved
      • For any change needed in SAP/BI for the automatic feed of for other any closing/reporting needs: write business requirements, validate the IT solution, animate the tests
      • Change management: Create/update documentation in compliance with managements rules and accounting/controlling processes, train users
      • Order Book: manage automation of the KPI, lead data cleansing
      • Direct Cash report: improve consistency and reliability of the report, manage any needed change request required
      • Provide expertise for period-end closing
      • Animate regional network including two ways communication: BPO to/from Regional Business Process experts

 

  • Participate to Alstom Core Model roll-out plan
    • Monitor proactive actions to avoid reporting gaps (cleansing, migration)
    • Provide training to users
    • Check data are compliant to reporting needs during test phase and at go-live
    • Post deployment: support the unit to ensure a quick integration in the automated features for reporting.

  

 PROFILE

Mandatory:

  • Diploma/Master-level degree in Finance
  • Financial experience: minimum 5 years
  • Experienced in SAP, BW would be a plus
  • Good understanding of reporting tools
  • Language: French and English, working level
