Objectif principal : Coordonner et finaliser la constitution du catalogue des "Best Practices" en lien avec les sites, le COE tooling et le Metier central. 

Au sein de l'organisation des opérations RSC, en rapportant au directeur central du métier PME (Process & Manufacturing Engineering), vous serez le correspondant métier PME pour assurer les missions principales suivantes :

Mission :

• Animer le Dashboard de création du catalogue de Best Practice
• Responsable
  • De tenir à jour le Kpi d’avancement
  • De préparer les réunions de lancement et de clôture, ainsi que d’animer la relation avec les sites pour mesurer l’avancement
  • D’organiser et coordonner les personnes concernées au sein du Métier central ou du site pour répondre à toute question relative à la mise en œuvre des processus.
  • De la communication hebdomadaire
• Interlocuteur privilégié des équipe Engineering Train Design Product Standardisation.

Profil requis

• Compréhension globale des processus internes (Industrialisation, Ingénierie, Projets, Opérations, ...).
• Connaissance des processus PME (Process & Manufacturing Engainer) et des catalogues de Produits Standard développé par équipe Engineering TSS
• 1 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie ferroviaire (RS et/ou Compo) au sein d'une organisation d'industrialisation. Profil Process Engineering ou Tooling Engineering satisfaisant
• Bonne communication : Capacité à synthétiser en préparant des présentations et des rapports clairs.
• Décideur, volonté d'atteindre des résultats, capacité à mener des sujets collaboratifs.

Expérience : 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie ferroviaire (RS et/ou Compo) au sein d'une organisation d'industrialisation -  Ouverts aux Apprentis.
