PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  • Is the Reference for Quality SAP ERP solution
  • Defines the strategy & the referential for Quality SAP ERP tools and processes, ensuring that quality processes are correctly implemented in SAP, appropriately deployed by RBPEs, and applied correctly by end-users
  • Improves and drives evolutions of Quality SAP ERP tools core model as of Quality strategy and business needs
  • Animates & supports RBPE network to ensure proper deployment and daily use.
  • Ensure adoption of the related process and tools
  • Support the global Quality digital transformation
     

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

The Business Process Owner (BPO), for the relevant scope:

  • Defines the strategy of SAP ERP for Quality related tools and processes
  • Executes the roadmap as defined
  • Ensures Quality community alignment on processes & tools adherence and adoption
  • Is accountable of KPIs definitions and target achievement for deployment and adoption
  • Is accountable of operational Business Intelligence strategy linked to the tools

 

The Business Process Owner (BPO) supports and animates RBPE network for Quality SAP ERP roadmap deployment

  • Sustains, develops, and animates the worldwide RBPE & Key User with periodic meetings
  • With expertise, supports RBPE activities in order to ensure for each region / country / site project deployment in line with QCDT objectives and aligned with global GSI/AOS roadmap
  • Supports preparation of the site deployments (pre-study, gap analysis)

 

The BPO is the main counterpart for IS&T team for the scope. The Business Process Owner:

  • Makes sure business requirements are understood by IT
  • Defines the changes to be performed
  • Validates the detailed specifications
  • Ensure UATs are performed and validates new solutions.
  • Ensures change management

 

In charge of deployment and knowledge management for the scope, the Business Process Owner:

  • Build and deploy the relevant global training programs to support change management and to ensure the maturity development of all stakeholders.

 MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

  • Engineering or Business School master’s degree

Desirable:

  • NA

 

Experience

Mandatory:

  • Strong knowledge of Quality processes  
  • 5 to 10 years of experience, with a previous experience as key user in ERP or transverse project management (ideally with Information System,) involving multicultural teams
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP (QM or SC or CS)

Desirable:

  • Quality operational experience
