Could you be the full-time Business Process Owner – Finance Master Data & Authorizations (SAP) in Saint-Ouen, Alstom Headquarters we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Finance Master Data & Authorizations expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, dynamic, and proactive teammates.
You'll ensure that Finance master data is reliable, available, secured, and fully aligned with global core processes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as IT/IS&T teams, Finance Business Process Owners, and Regional Business Process Experts), contribute to Finance transformation projects, and ensure compliance with internal control requirements and data protection regulations.
You’ll specifically take care of defining and maintaining golden rules and business standards for Finance master data, but also reviewing and validating the assignment of sensitive Finance roles.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining and maintaining Finance master data governance, including documentation and training

Monitoring data quality through KPIs, audits, analyses, and reporting
-
Identifying data inconsistencies and driving corrective action plans
-
Organizing and leading data cleansing initiatives
-
Controlling Finance data migration during ERP roll-outs
-
Supporting Regional Business Process Experts and leading training sessions

Participating in data governance committees and projects impacting Finance data
-
Contributing to ERP Core Model deployments and Finance transformation projects

Identifying opportunities for process automation and simplification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Management

Minimum 5 years of professional experience

Practical knowledge of SAP (FI/CO and ideally MM and SD)

Strong ability to perform complex data analyses in Excel, including large data volumes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Structured, organized, and able to manage priorities in a complex environment

Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative
-
Comfortable working in a multicultural and international context

English: working proficiency
