  • Élaborer des stratégies et assurer la médiation du déploiement des process de gestion de la configuration et du changement, des objectifs de capacité et de performance
  • Agir en tant que «médecin volant» / expert des processus pour les projets critiques




  • Définir et assurer l’aptitude et les formations de la communauté RSC CCM
  • Élaborer des stratégies, aligner et soutenir les responsables régionaux sur :
    • Déploiement des nouveaux ou mise à jour des processus, d'outils et de méthodes CCM
    • Formations
    • Aptitudes des cibles
    • Objectifs de performance
    • Evaluation des risques et mesures d'atténuation pour les projets attribués
    • Evaluation des risques et mesures de confinement pour les projets en cours d'exécution
  • Exécuter des enquêtes CCM et recueillir les besoins régionaux et les commentaires sur l'amélioration
  • Soutenir les responsables régionaux sur les escalades concernant RSC CCM
  • Auditer et identifier les lacunes régionales et de projet dans le CCM
  • Organiser et exécuter des ateliers CCM si nécessaire
  • Agir en tant que «médecin volant» / expert en processus pour et dans des projets critiques





  • Diplôme universitaire/polytechnique en ingénierie mécanique / gestion de projet / gestion d'entreprise ou équivalent 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle pertinent
  • Compréhension approfondie des pratiques de gestion de la configuration et du changement et de son interaction avec d'autres processus et parties prenantes de l'organisation (tels que la gestion des exigences, la gestion de projet, l'approvisionnement, l'ingénierie, etc.)
  • Profil organisé, axé sur les objectifs et structuré
  • Capacité avérée à influencer, guider et enseigner efficacement toutes les parties prenantes engagées, quelle que soit leur hiérarchie
  • Expériences de travail dans un environnement agile et international
  • Expériences en gestion des processus d'affaires, gestion de projet, gestion des risques, chaîne d'approvisionnement, ingénierie et production
  • Compétences linguistiques : Anglais courant

  • Act as “Flying doctor” / process expert for and in critical projects




  • Define and ensure the RSC CCM community capability and trainings
  • Strategize, align and support the regional leads on:
    • deployment of new or updated CCM processes, tools and methods
    • trainings
    • capability targets
    • performance targets
    • risk assessment and mitigation measures for awarded projects
    • risk assessment and containment measures for projects in execution
  • Execute CCM surveys and collect regional needs and improvement feedback
  • Support the regional leads on escalations concerning RSC CCM
  • Audit and identify regional and project gaps in CCM
  • Organize and execute CCM workshops when necessary
  • Act as “Flying doctor” / process expert for and in critical projects




  • Graduate of University/Polytechnic Degree in any of Mechanical Engineering/Project Management/Business Management or equivalent 
  • 5 years of experience in relevant role
  • Profound understanding of Configuration and Change Management practices and its interaction with other organization processes and stakeholders (such as Requirement Management, Project Management, Procurement, Engineering, etc.)
  • Organized, goal oriented and structured profile
  • Proven ability to efficiently influence, guide, teach all engaged stakeholders regardless of hierarchy
  • Experiences in working in an agile and international environment
  • Experiences in Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Engineering and Production
  • Fluent English language skills
