Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your executive support and organisational expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive, professional, and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the global Treasury & Financing function by managing executive priorities, coordinating with senior stakeholders worldwide, and maintaining strict confidentiality. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as treasury, finance, and HR teams), manage the Group Head of Treasury and Financing's agenda, and support departmental operations and communications, among other responsibilities.
You’ll specifically take care of managing sensitive documentation and overseeing global document compliance, but also assist with recruitment, onboarding, and departmental planning.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing and prioritising the agenda of the Group Head of Treasury and Financing

Arranging travel and managing sensitive and confidential information

Drafting, reviewing, and editing correspondence

Overseeing global document management and ensuring compliance with audit and regulatory obligations

Providing support on intranet communication, departmental logistics, and event preparation

Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new team members

Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting C-level or Senior Executives

Experience in a global, financial, treasury, or multinational corporate environment is preferred

Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Outstanding organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple global priorities

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders

High autonomy, proactive attitude, and strong ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment
