Missions principales :

• Développer un suivi fiable et améliorer la base de données des projets LSS en cours de la formation à la certification pour les Yellow, Green et Black
• Améliorer le workflow et les recherches pour l’outil de Retour d’expérience des projets avec des Tags
• Promouvoir le retour d’expérience sur les projets et assurer la transversalisation
• Participer à la définition des axes de progrès pour le programme Lean 6 Sigma Belt d’Alstom
• Définir des formations et chantiers liés aux outils (« Yellow Belt : 5S, A3 »  Projet Green Belt site/métier ou Projet Multisite Black Belt ) en fonction des besoins métiers
• Participer à des chantiers Amélioration Continue et s’assurer de la pérennité des résultats réalisés à travers la mise en place des indicateurs de suivis des REX liées à la performance améliorée

Profil :

• Ingénieur généraliste Qualité
• Connaissance Lean Six Sigma  + amélioration continue
• Connaissance de la BI
• Anglais courant impératif

Ce que vous allez apprendre :

• Une connaissance opérationnelle sur les outils du Problem Solving et Lean Six Sigma
• Participer à des chantiers d’amélioration continue
• Mettre en place une base de bonnes pratiques et gérer le réseau des utilisateurs
