Relevez un nouveau défi et mettez à profit votre expertise en logistique internationale et en transports exceptionnels dans un domaine de pointe. Vous travaillerez aux côtés d’équipes dynamiques, collaboratives et innovantes.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion de solutions de transport pour des projets stratégiques, en garantissant la livraison efficace et fiable de produits hors gabarit (principalement des trains finis) vers nos clients ou sites de projets.
Accompagné(e) par une équipe expérimentée de responsables et coordinateurs transport OOG, vous serez impliqué(e) dans :
- Le support aux appels d’offres de transport internationaux (préparation des spécifications techniques, coordination et analyse des offres)
- La contribution aux activités de chiffrage interne, incluant l’analyse des demandes, le lancement de RFQ auprès d’un panel de commissionnaires de transport, et le benchmark des offres
- Le pilotage et le suivi d’initiatives d’amélioration continue (performance, optimisation des coûts et efficacité des processus)
- La gestion opérationnelle des activités de transport sur certains projets
- L’interprétation de plans techniques et de documents liés au transport (levage, arrimage, etc.)
- Le support au manager dans l’analyse des données de transport, le développement des indicateurs de performance (KPI), ainsi que le suivi de l’activité et des outils de planification
Qualifications & Compétences
Formation
- Étudiant(e) en Master Supply Chain, Transport, Logistique Internationale ou domaine équivalent
Langues
- Anglais courant (obligatoire)
- Le français est un plus
Connaissances techniques
- Connaissances en transport de marchandises (le transport hors gabarit est un atout majeur)
- Compréhension des procédures import/export et des Incoterms
- Sensibilisation aux normes EHS (Environnement, Santé & Sécurité)
- La connaissance de SAP est un plus
Mobilité
- Des déplacements occasionnels en Europe et hors Europe peuvent être requis
Compétences personnelles
- Excellente organisation, autonomie et capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement multi-projets
- Très bonnes compétences en communication (écrites et orales)
- Sens de la diplomatie et capacité à interagir, expliquer et accompagner les parties prenantes
- Curiosité et agilité, avec un intérêt pour les aspects techniques et commerciaux
- Capacité d’adaptation et de résolution de problèmes face aux imprévus
Within the Global Transportation organization, you will join the Out-of-Gauge (OOG) Transportation Project Team, responsible for managing the worldwide transport of Rolling Stock products (finished metro, tramway, monorail, regional trains…) from Alstom manufacturing sites to final customers.
This apprenticeship offers a dynamic, project-driven environment with strong international exposure and close collaboration across multiple sites, functions, and stakeholders.
Your Role
Supported by an experienced team of OOG Transportation Leaders and coordinators, you will be involved in:
- Supporting international transportation tenders (preparation of technical specifications, coordination, and quotation analysis)
- Contributing to internal costing activities, including request analysis, RFQ launch to a panel of freight forwarders, and offer benchmarking
- Driving and monitoring continuous improvement initiatives (performance, cost optimization, and process efficiency)
- Managing operational transportation activities on specific projects
- Interpreting technical drawings and transport-related documentation (lifting, lashing, etc.)
- Supporting the manager in analyzing transportation data, developing KPIs, and monitoring workload forecasts and planning tools
Qualifications & Competencies
Education
- Master’s degree student in Supply Chain, Transportation, International Logistics, or a related field
Languages
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- French is a plus
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge of goods transportation (Out-Of-Gauge transport is a strong advantage)
- Understanding of import/export procedures and Incoterms
- Awareness of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
Mobility
- Occasional travel within and outside Europe may be required
