Your job as a Material Management Analyst Apprentice:

Contribute on driving the Material Planning performance for ensuring in the sites efficient material planning activities between the different regions in compliance with the Alstom rules.

 

Missions

  • Drive Operating Metrics, as well as improvements to monitor consolidated global performance in order to facilitate regional or site performance reviews for the operations KPI: Material Planning such as  : OTIF, On Time In Full Delivery (External & Internal), Missing Parts.

  • Help to set up & deploy processes / standards.

  • Improve material planning solutions, perform data intensive analysis (understanding of collected information and good analytical skills).

  • Update MM training materials to support to sites or regions on supply chain stabilization or mobilization of emerging sites / new businesses for the Material Management activities.

General scope

  • Apply APSYS (Alstom Production System) roadmap and Golden Rules

  • Respect Alstom EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) policy

  • Respect Alstom Ethics & Compliance codes

 

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

  • BAC+4 or BAC+5 in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial, Production, Procurement, Engineering

English (able to interact on a daily basis in English)

 

Desirable:

  • Supply Chain or Project Management certification

  • Working knowledge of French

 

Experience

  • NIL

  • Previous experience as Materials Planner is desired
