As part of its predictive maintenance solution, Alstom Services aims to offer tools for managing the health of rolling stock and signalling equipment, in order to detect deterioration and provide maintenance teams with a diagnosis. As part of the project teams, the apprentice will contribute to the development of the solution on the user side (presentation of information, management of rules and reports) and to support projects monitoring.

You will be reponsible for the following missions:

  • Familiarization with the methodology for detecting anomalies, diagnosing degradations and prognostics
  • Participation in the implementation of the user experience on projects in the customer delivery phase.
  • Creation of digital reports to visualize the information generated
  • Management of alert rules based on customer requirements
  • Creation of internal dashboards (KPI management, etc.)
  • Participate in monitoring project progress and coordinating the successful completion of project stages through various interactions with the development team.
  • Drafting minutes and reports for the project team.
  • Participating to the setup/update of Metier and Project process
  • Update and optimize the team data structure to improve knowledge management

PROFILE

  • Level of training: Engineering degree or equivalent with business intelligence option.
  • Technical skills: Mastery of Microsoft Pack tools, data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI),
    development tools (Python).
  • Knowledge of a project planning tool (GanttProject, MSProject) would be an asset.

Behavioral skills :

  • Organization, communication, good interpersonal skills
  • Teamwork, autonomy, initiative, curiosity
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) imperative
