JOB TITLE: Production Supply Chain Engineer
Located in: Paris, France
OBJECTIVES OF THE MISSION:
We are looking for an apprentice for our supply chain department. Within the industrial planning team, your objectives will be to optimize the planning process as well as the target digital tool to ensure good performance levels across our 60 production sites spread in different parts of the world.
As a central team member you act as a caution for process adoption. You’re also solution-oriented when it comes to address an operational issue jeopardizing the proper manufacturing execution of our trains.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MISSION:
You will be in charge of the following missions:
· Participate in Company Initiatives, in particular to be engaged in Continuous Improvement activity targeted at all aspects of Alstom performance
· Reviewing our business processes and practices
· Participate in specifications of digital tools enhancements. Collaborate in the various digitalization initiatives of the supply chain department.
PROFILE:
Educational level: Scolarship for Master degree in engineering or equivalent
Technical skills: Production management, Supply Chain knowledge, Planning, Lean management, S&OP.
At ease with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MS project or any project planning tool would be beneficial. As well as Knowledge of SAP or ERP systems in general.
Behavioral skills: Curious, Proactive, Analytic and synthesis skills.
Can redact rigorously document and have good communication
Contract: Apprenticeship for 1 or 2 years beginning around September 2025
