Apprentice Holdings - HR Business Partner (H/F/NB)

Within the Human Resources team at headquarters (based in St. Ouen), responsible for support / Business Partner for the following sectors: Operations "Rolling Stock & Components" and Maintenance of Alstom Transport.

Mission Objective:

• Monitoring and assisting with staffing: internal and external recruitment of interns, apprentices, and other profiles
• In collaboration with the personnel administration team, support in drafting contracts and welcoming new arrivals
• Answering common employee questions
• Launching, animating, and monitoring the steps of the HR management cycle for teams (goal setting, mid-year reviews, career interviews...), particularly assisting with the annual team reviews (people reviews) in September/October
• Supporting the deployment of the training plan to the teams
• Preparing and monitoring KPIs (monthly and others) and HR reports
• Participating in transversal HR topics and helping deploy certain development tools (e.g., 360°)
• Setting up dashboards, reports, and HR analyses (salary review, stages of the People Management Cycle, diversity, etc.)

Profile Sought:

• BAC +4/5 specialization in HR
• First HR experience appreciated
• Good communicator and proficiency in foreign languages, especially English; another foreign language would be a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common management software
• Precise, analytical, organized, curious, autonomous, adaptable, and able to work with diverse people.
