Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive technical and supply chain management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates.
You'll ensure our suppliers have the necessary supply chain maturity and capacity to meet Alstom’s demands. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Procurement, Quality, Industrial Process Auditing), driving improvements based on audit results and managing key Supplier Relationship KPIs, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of performing Full Supply Chain Audits, developing action plans in collaboration with stakeholders, and performing quarterly capacity assessments, but also advising on procurement commodity strategies.
We’ll look to you for:

Conducting comprehensive supply chain audits and capacity assessments

Developing and driving improvement action plans with suppliers

Contributing to positive trends in Supplier Relationship KPIs

Being the point of contact for supply chain inputs during business awards

Supporting in crisis management for capacity de-bottlenecking
-
Training and developing new Supply Chain team members

Degree in Technical and/or Supply Chain Engineering, Master’s degree level or equivalent

Experience or understanding of Lean Management projects in an industrial setting

Knowledge of supply chain audits and quality assurance processes

Familiarity with international and multicultural work environments

A Supply Chain or Lean Management certification is desirable

Strong communication and influencing skills
-
Agile and responsible mindset, fluent in English

Frequent travels required for the position (minimum 60% of the time) – Domestic and international
