ANALYTICS DEPLOYMENT LEADER (AMERICAS & France)

 

Purpose of the job:

  • Manage Advanced Manintenance Analytics (AMA) contribution to tenders for the Regions of competence
  • Deploy the Analytics Strategy for Maintenance projects
  • Maximize Customer Value and Solution Adoption on the internal and external markets

Main responsibiities:

  • Manage the application of the Analytics solution in his/her Regions
  • During tender phase, in collaboration with the Solution Development & Growth Mgr, manage and deliver to the bid team the AMA offer, including technical and financial elements.
  • Define the project-specific User eXperience (based on the generic capabilities) that will maximize user adoption
  • Coordinate the Deployment Team who will support the Customer through deployment and adoption of the Solution
  • Achieve technical validation of the Analytics through the appropriate metrics and obtain sign-off from the Project
  • Support the Project in the transformation of the Maintenance Plan based on AMA results (Value Creation)
  • Manage the professional development of his/her team, the annual people management cycle and the day-by-day activities (workload, motivation, support)
  • Build a collaborative and supportive relationship with his/her peers to foster Innovation, Continuous Improvement and successful Deployment of our Analytics Solutions

Educational Requirements:

  • Graduated from a STEM university or equivalent

Experience:

  • Experience in Project Management or Solution Deployment in the Transportation business.
  • (desirable) Experience of CBM/PHM in an Industrial environment
  • (desirable) Experience in a Services Organisation
