We are looking for a trainee to join our Investor Relations department (part of finance function at Alstom). As part of the Investor Relations team, your role will be to assist the 3-member IR team in all their activities.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MISSION:

1 - Contribute to the IR department's various recurring deliverables

Ø Updating Alstom ‘Equity Story’, a document that summarises the Alstom company investment case

Ø Weekly and monthly IR reports

Ø Results Publication (presentations to analysts, drafting of scripts, preparation of back-ups and Q&A)

Ø Contribution to the Presentation shared during the Annual General Shareholders Meeting

Ø Support to the Universal Registration Document (URD) production process

2 - Investor Relations Ad Hoc Reporting and analysis

Ø Industry Benchmarking monitoring and reports

Ø Alstom shareholding analysis

Ø Update investor list and analyse questions raised by investors during roadshows

Ø Analyse Sell-side analysts’ Brokers notes comments, recommendations, targets prices

Ø Update Alstom valuation internal model with actual numbers and forecasts

Ø Orders forecast and reforecast

Ø Contribution to the preparation of the Investor Day presentation (if any)

o Managing the Investors (CRM) and Shareholders database

o Updating the Investors corner on the website
