A propos du poste :

Au sein de l’entité Ingénierie Centrale et plus précisément l’équipe Train Architecture for Passengers, nous recherchons un Référent Accessibilité et Design Inclusif (F/H), expert dans le domaine de l’intériorisme, afin de renforcer l’expertise de nos équipes de conception des trains, implantées mondialement.

Dans le cadre de vos missions vous serez en charge de :

• Définir les meilleures pratiques d’agencement intérieur et de diagrammes trains pour l’usage passager (habitabilité, accessibilité, contraste, moyen de préhension, gestion de l’information (visuelle, audible, tactile)).
• Déployer et superviser la mise en application des règles de design inclusif définies sur les applications projets dans le respect des exigences contractuelles.
• Réaliser ou superviser des études de performance de flux passager (échange, évacuation) pour les matériels roulants et proposer les optimisations nécessaires pour garantir les exigences contractuelles des projets.
• Recenser et réaliser une veille sur les exigences normatives et règlementaires en matière de conception inclusive et d’accessibilité pour les différents zones du monde (état de l’art).

Plus largement, au sein de l’équipe métier centrale Train Design, vous participerez :

• A la mise en cohérence de l’ensemble des règles métier autour de la conception d’architecture de haut niveau, en lien avec la qualité perçue, le tolérancement, gestion de la masse, …
• A la conception et la mise en œuvre des formations en matière de design inclusif et d’accessibilité.
• Au réseau d’experts (climatique, ergonomie, éclairage, …)
• Aux différents groupes de normalisation en lien avec l’aménagement intérieur ferroviaire en tant que représentant Alstom.

Vos missions diverses vous amèneront à travailler avec des équipes multi culturelles et pluridisciplinaires. Des déplacements (quelques jours par mois) peuvent également être requis.

Votre profil :

• Vous possédez une dizaine d’années d’expérience, dont au moins cinq en conception mécanique (Catia) dans le domaine de l’intériorisme, idéalement dans les transports (automobile, aéronautique, ferroviaire). Une expérience dans les domaines du déplacement de foule et de l’ergonomie générale sera également appréciée.
• Pragmatique et structuré(e), vous êtes à l’aise dans l’échange.
• Bonnes capacités de communication, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, en français comme en anglais.

About the job :

Within the Central Engineering entity, more accurately in the “Train Architecture for Passengers” team, we are looking for an Accessibility & Inclusive Design Leader (F/M), expert in the field of interior, in order to strengthen the expertise of our train design teams located worldwide.

As part of your missions you will be in charge of:

• Define the best practices for interior fitting and train layouts for passenger needs (habitability, accessibility, contrast, gripping bars, information management (visual, audible, tactile)).
• Carry out and/or supervise the right application of the defined inclusive design rules on project execution in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Carry out and/or supervise passenger flow performance studies (exchange, evacuation) for rolling stock and propose the necessary optimizations to guarantee the contractual requirements of the projects.
• List, carry out and ensure the normative and regulatory requirements in terms of inclusive design and accessibility for the different areas of the world (state of the art)

More broadly, within the “Train Design” metier central team, you will participate in:

• Consistency of the metier rules linked with high level architecture design in according with the perceived quality, the tolerancing management, the weight management,…
• Design and implementation of training in inclusive design & accessibility field.
• Exchange with the network of experts (climatic comfort, ergonomics, lighting comfort,…)
• Various standardization committees related to railway interior design as Alstom representative.

Your various missions will lead you to work with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams. Travel (a few days per month) may also be required.

Your profile:

• You have ten years of experience, including at least five in mechanical design (Catia) in the field of interior design, ideally in the field of transport (automotive, aeronautic, railway). Experience in the fields of crowd movement and general ergonomics will also be appreciated
• Pragmatic and structured, you are comfortable in the exchange
• Good communication skills, both oral and written, in French and English
