Could you be the full-time Access Doors System Engineer in Saint Ouen , near Paris, we’re looking for?
Your future role:
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in systems, electrical, physical or mechanical engineering or similar in a new cutting-edge field. You will be working with a multidisciplinary and multicultural team, and you will be making a significant contribution to the safety and performance of our trains.
On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the Project core teams (Train performance manager, functional, mechanical or electrical engineers, etc.), taking charge of the architecture, specification and integration of the complete door system and much more.
More specifically, you will be responsible for adapting door system to the specific needs of each project, endorsing its performance and compliance with customer and regulation requirements. And you you will lead verification and validation activities for your system integration.
We’ll look to you for:
• Specifying Access Doors performances at the train level, based on Customer needs
• Ensuring compliance with multidisciplinary constraints (Safety, EMC, Eco-design, etc.)
• Evaluating technical proposals from Door suppliers and, during development, checking their technical deliverables.
• Achieving technical design reviews and develop technical risk mitigation plans.
• Defining and executing the Door system validation plan, including train tests.
• Steering the Door system reliability growth, once in revenue service

• Engineering degree with a preference for system, physical, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• At least 5 years of industrial engineering experience, preferably in Door System
• Background in industrial contexts, covering all development phases with multidisciplinary partners
• Strong analytical skills, and excellent problem solving skills.
• Familiarity with complex system validation processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Availability to travel for short periods in France and abroad.
