Purpose of the Job
Manage the APS product, provide projects support, methods and construction expertise, technical expertise
Organisation Reporting
Hierarchical: APS Solution Director
Responsibilities
Accountable for:
- Define and apply the APS-SRS global performances
- Prepare Operational analysis definition for the Customer validation
- On Region demand, support the staffing of the project construction and design team through mobilization of experts (SSM & CM)
- Provide construction expertise through skilled resources and maintained competitive methods
- Design Authority : contribute & validate construction method & planning
- Support to APS design for bids and projects
- Support( upon request Regions) in order to staff bids and projects, locally if needed
- Support( upon request Regions) for 8D investigation and resolution through mobilization of experts (SSM & CM)
- Produce & update technical ref-libs
- Deploy the technical solutions worldwide
- Implement, control and develop the technical tools
- Implement & deliver Design Authority, validating technical choice and conformity (when applicable for APS)
Responsible for:
- Participate to the definition of the APS Product development according to market, REX and customer needs
- Projects Support & Method and Construction expertise
- Participate to MPRs /SPRs, as a support to Regions.
- Participate to the Gate Reviews
- Attend or ensure adequate delegation to all gate review meetings when required
Knowledge & Experience :
- Graduate from engineering school
- At least ten years experiences in Railways Engineering
- Good knowledge of APS-SRS system
- At least one year experience in Team Management
- Fluent English
- Good Communication skills
- Team player
- Able to work in traverse environnement
