Purpose of the Job

  • The Regional Business Process Expert (RBPE) is the GSI métier referee for the region in charge.
  • The RBPE deploy, stabilize, survey and support in his region and métier, the GSI standard processes designed by the central team (BPO).

AMECA  Finance Business Process Expert hierarchically reports to AMECA Finance lead RBPE


Network & Links

  • with central team (BPO,IS Referees) due to the expertise on métier & IS tool, Solution upgrade, performances follow-up (Control tower…), documentation in local language…
  • with KU as operational actors of the GSI processes on their sites.
  • with the other stream RBPEs in the team to ensure the consistency of the interlinked processes and tools stream wise.
  • with the GSI project team (Business, IS&T, Providers, BPO) for deployment.



Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Project deployment :

  • The RBPE submit the gap analysis to Global BPO before new IS implementations
  • They validate the solution proposed by program and support its implementation.
  • During implementations RBPE helps sites for developing training sessions (as defined by Program), coaching KU & Roll-outs.
  • In case of site specific process, the RBPE can propose workarounds aligned with RBPE other stream and Central corresponding BPOs.


System and process sustainability:

  • Animation/Contact:
    • The Regional Business Process Expert are the first entry points for key users & department heads concerning the processes related to their métier in the related Region
    • The Regional Business Process Owners creates, sustain & develop Key Users networks.
  • Process application
    • He (she) communicates and ensures the process model is applied in his Region according to the appropriate tool.
    • The Regional Business Process Owners ensures sites alignment on targeted processes, through extractions, consolidated indicators coming from sites (effectiveness metrics) in order to share and build their appropriate action plan.
  • Support & training:
    • The Regional Business Process Expert assesses the KU competencies for skill matrix & development management of the KU (linked with Central).
    • The Regional Business Process Experts validates training guides for the Region
  • Solution follow-up:
    • According to users needs not covered by the solution or not efficient, the Regional Business Process Expert could suggest process upgrades to central BPO coming from his expertise.
    • They capture the benefits from the expected added-value from GSI
  • Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experienced person, with a sound knowledge and experience  in Finance in SAP module is highly preferred
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in SAP and fundamental understanding of the FI/CO/PS modules

  • Capacity to train Key-Users and follow their technical skill.
  • Strong communication skills.
