Responsible for the organisation and coordination of Alstom internal & external events in accordance with the budget and internal processes.

 

INTERNAL EVENTS

Implement the Alstom internal events plan (New Year’s greetings, Management Meetings, Innovations Awards event, etc.)

Coordinate the events: choose, manage and brief suppliers within EHS guidelines, lead operational committees, interface with agencies and suppliers.

Define and manage budget.

Measurement success: provide systematic event measurement tools, analysis, feedback and advice to the relevant internal customer.

Work with Information communications to develop all messaging and content for internal events.

 

EXTERNAL EVENTS

Responsible for organising and coordinating with the communications teams (Information – Brand – Regions communications), external events such as exhibitions, finance, customer or press events…

Exhibitions:

Organise (level 1 events), coordinate / facilitate (level 2) exhibitions and customer events on behalf of Alstom, with the Country communications & Marketing teams.

Follow messaging & graphic chart provided by the Brand Communications and the offering provided by the plateforms. Validate and coordinate with the Regions Communications Directors.

Choose, brief and manage suppliers within EHS guidelines.

Manage the stand build up or the customer event preparation.

Coordinate on site with the Country communications teams, the stand or the event.

Benchmark on best practices in all areas of events and tools.

Provide systematic event analysis, feedback and advice to the department.

 

Educational Requirements

Business School, Communication

English-French fluent.

Experience

5-7 years in Project / events management

Budget definition and follow-up

Team work and coordination
