System & Tools Finance Business Process Owner

Purpose of the job:

Be in charge of End to End finance ERP/Ecosystem/Master data processes.


Key accountabilities:

  • Deployment/integration/post deployment activities :
    • Assess data prior to tools deployment & drive associated data cleansing activities
    • Participate to pre-study & Fit / Gap phases.
    • Set-up change management actions needed for a successful deployment.
    • Participate to UAT and emphasis on key transversal change management topics.
    • Implement Control tower approach for data quality purposes
    • Monitor of usage post deployment to ensure core processes are respected.
    • Ensure preventive actions are in place
  • Core Model maintenance :
    • Be support on finance master data management, governance, validation, audit in tools (customer, cost center, ...)
    • Give expertise for period end closing in tools
    • Validate all processes & solution changes during roll-out, incident, service request…
    • Update Document tools finance processes in compliance with managements rules and ensure alignment with Accounting/controlling processes
    • Animate regional KU (RKU) network including two ways communication: BPO to/from RKU; RPO to/from KU
  • Finance Eco-Systems :
    • Manage group financial reporting infrastructure
    • Ensure Financial Information processing
    • Provide support and specific expertise
    • Optimize performance software and hardware with the help of IT
    • Ensures the delivery of high professional service level through Helpdesk and generic mailbox
  • Continuous improvements/innovation :
    • Define business requirement with métier
    • Make sure business requirement is understand by IT
    • Validate the specification
    • Animate user acceptance test
    •  Update documentation
    • Validate the new solution & process
    • Accompany the change management
    • Support data cleansing activities & migration
    • Manage strong integration with other stream


Profile :


  • Diploma/Master-level degree in Finance
  • Financial experience/minimum 5 years
  • Business expertise in Finance/Project Controlling
  • Mastering understanding of SAP-associated landscape
  • Understanding of reporting tools
