In your role, you will be asked to perform the following tasks:


  • Review and Support Supplier Excellence team 
  • Continue extracting and reporting open K1S (safety critical issues) for procurement 
  • Create the risk chart per market code and per project for tenders and procurement managers
  • Update the supplier panel strategy as indicated by domain directors
  • Renew/review and add 1 page summaries for suppliers targeted to be developed
  • Work hand-in-hand with the supplier performance intern/coordinator/manager





As our ideal candidate, you:


  • Are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • Are Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially excel and powerpoint
  • Have strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Project Management experience would be an asset
  • Be proactive, creative and thorough, thinking outside of the box when problem solving
  • Are fluent in English, able to speak French is a plus, spoken & written.
