As a member of the Kuala Lumpur Cars Project Management team, you will work with a cross-functional team (Engineering, Procurement, Operations and Quality) to support the delivery of cars for this contract. We are looking for someone with strong communication and organizational skills and also a good mastership of software applications such as Power BI to track and evaluate deliverables and project milestones.

 

YOUR INTERNSHIP

 

As part of your internship, you will be required to:
​​​
- Support the project team for the delivery of cars leaving for Asia
- Support the project team for the closing follow-up of deliverables related to production, supply, quality and logistics.
- Support and participate in project team meetings
- Provide support for the preparation of meetings with the internal team and the external logistics team.

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

· You study in a project management or engineering program
· You have experience and knowledge of a manufacturing and/or technical environment
· You have knowledge of interactive data visualization software such as Power BI
· Mastery of Windows series software (Excel, words , power point and outlook)
· Master written and oral English and French
· You demonstrate perseverance, interpersonal skills, lead follow-up meetings. Good organizational and communication skills.
