As part of your position, you main responsibilities will be to : 

- Actively contribute to project closure activities and report progress on a weekly basis
- Propose solutions to improve the project closure process
- Write formal letters to submit various deliverables to the client
- Support the project team in various activities related to engineering, procurement, diagnostic equipment, documentation and project management
- Support the project director in daily activities, such as risk and opportunity review and change management
- Actively participate in various meetings


As our ideal candidate:

- Undergraduate student in engineering / project management
- Strong skills in project management
- Strong interest in the analysis of work methodologies and their improvement
- In-depth knowledge of computer tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project and SAP)
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills
- Good communication skills in English and French, written and spoken.
