As part of your internship in the Public Affairs Canada team, you will participate in the development of policies, sustainability initiatives and the company's social commitment to communities where it operates.

 

YOUR INTERNSHIP 

 

During your internship, you will be asked to perform the following tasks: 

 

  • Research on best practices in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
  • Public Policies and CSR analysis and coordination
  • Evaluate local initiatives and volunteering effort requests through the Country Community Action Plans. Typical actions range from charity donations, fundraising and volunteering to the sharing of expertise (STEM – science, technology, engineering, mathematics) in schools and universities or general support to local projects.

 

YOUR PROFILE  

 

Ideally, you are studying in one of the following programs:

  • Political science
  • Communication
  • Economy
  • Management
  • Sustainable development
  • Law
  • International studies

 

Competencies:

  • Bilingual French and English, excellent writer
  • Proactive, results-driven
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Ability to work within short deadlines and under pressure
  • Strong team player and good communicator
  • Motivated and organized
  • Autonomous and dynamic
