You’ll specifically take care of defining and managing train and car layouts, weight distribution, and gauge compliance, but also allocating 3D volumes to subsystems early in the project.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining and managing train and car layouts, weight distribution, and gauge compliance

  • Allocating 3D volumes to subsystems in the early stages of the project

  • Coordinating General Studies deliverables and reviews

  • Supporting cross-functional teams, including design, validation, and manufacturing

  • Ensuring alignment with internal processes and customer requirements

  • Driving innovation and efficiency in mechanical architecture and general studies

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

  • 2–3 years of experience in railway mechanical engineering or a related field

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Experience or understanding of General Studies activities, including layouts, weight distribution, and gauge compliance

  • Knowledge of 3D volume allocation and subsystem integration

  • A continuous learning mindset and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
