Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety (RAMS) expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and detail-oriented team of professionals.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and reliability of Alstom’s products while contributing to innovative rail solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across design, industrial, sourcing, and validation, coordinate RAMS activities, and ensure compliance with Alstom’s safety policies and procedures.
You’ll specifically take care of planning and piloting RAMS activities and deliverables, but also assessing and demonstrating the safety and reliability of our products throughout their lifecycle.
We’ll look to you for:

Planning and managing RAMS activities across projects/programs to meet quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments.

Ensuring compliance with Alstom’s RAMS processes and instructions.

Defining safety and reliability requirements to meet performance targets and minimize risks.

Collaborating with stakeholders to implement and document safety and reliability measures.

Engaging with independent parties (e.g., ISA, NoBo, DeBo) to address open points and ensure safety authorizations.

Providing technical leadership and fostering a proactive approach to design solutions and RAMS performance improvements.

Degree in Electrical, Electro-mechanical, or Railway Engineering.

2–3 years of experience with railway safety analysis and RAM prediction methods.

Knowledge of rolling stock integration and validation (training will be provided if needed).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including working with third parties like customers and independent assessors.

Proficiency in time management and reporting.

Operational proficiency in French and English for technical discussions and documentation.

A structured, organized, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
