Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supplier quality and process development expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside proactive and collaborative teammates.

You'll ensure that supplier product and process developments meet contract and quality requirements for purchased parts. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, and project management), oversee supplier quality activities, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of monitoring and validating supplier product/process development against Alstom standards, but also coordinate First Article Inspections (FAI) and support the resolution of non-conformities.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading supplier quality activities for designated commodities across projects

  • Defining and deploying the Part Approval Process and SPQD cycle

  • Conducting supplier risk assessments and ensuring compliance before “Go Order”

  • Making Go/No-Go decisions for production and FAI milestones

  • Tracking supplier deliverables via the Supplier Quality Portal (SQP)

  • Driving suppliers to meet FAI Go On Time targets and escalating issues when needed

  • Evaluating supplier maturity, including FMEA, control plans, and work instructions

  • Preparing incoming inspection requirements for first deliveries

  • Reporting regularly on project quality status and contributing to continuous improvement (REX, APSYS)
