MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tenders (by destination in his area of responsibility): Responsible of achievable and winning planning for tenders with main milestones and risks identified, with the support of the corresponding Product Line
- Projects (by destination in his area of responsibility): Ensure respect of contractual committed deliveries on time. Ensure area is using standard Alstom scheduling tools with accurate data.
- Global planning: Prepare different scenarios for the coming 36 months according to Commercial and Industrial inputs, including long term function workload, and internal and suppliers’ capacity.
- Ensure planning coherency between the different functions in his area, and planning synchronization with other areas/sites
- Ensure application of all planning processes, particularly execution of the Alstom strategic planning and tactical planning processes in his area
- Set up additional specific planning local instructions under the roof of the central processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement about planning processes & tools
- Manage and animate the planners’ community in his area (competencies, adequation with workload)
Experience
10 years experience in a planning role and 5 years in a leadership position
Education
Post graduate education (engineering) / Diplôme de l’enseignement supérieur en Ingénierie
Skills
Primavera / MS Project / Leadership / Project Management
Knowledge
Railway systems and sub-systems / Development cycles in mobility industry
