Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and IT infrastructure expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and multicultural teammates.
You'll drive impactful change by leading and managing complex infrastructure projects from inception to successful implementation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (cross-functional teams, stakeholders, suppliers), develop project plans and timelines, champion continuous improvement initiatives, and much more."

Providing project direction, leadership, and coordination to foster a high-performance team culture. ,

Managing budgets, resources, and contracts to ensure successful project delivery within approved scope, budget, and timelines. ,

Forecasting future projects based on team capacity and optimizing resource utilization. ,

Leading the planning, design, and implementation of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. ,

Building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and suppliers to enable effective collaboration. ,

Developing project plans, scheduling timelines, tracking progress, and reporting outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders. ,

Championing continuous improvement initiatives and driving measurable, impactful results. ,

Staying up to date with emerging trends and technologies, and engaging stakeholders in implementing beneficial changes. ,

Playing an active role in implementing new IT infrastructure solutions. ,
-
Facilitating the implementation of new or upgraded WAN/telecom circuits and providing technical support during outages."

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered). ,

Experience or understanding of IT infrastructure design, project management, and support. ,

Knowledge of IS&T systems, network/infrastructure topics, and emerging technologies. ,

Familiarity with managing multi-cultural and diverse teams in a collaborative and respectful manner. ,

PMP certification or strong project management communication skills. ,

Proficiency in French and English (fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus). ,

Strong ability to manage competing priorities and timelines while maintaining attention to detail. ,

Exceptional leadership and coordination skills for fostering high-performance team culture. ,

Ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and suppliers. ,
