Could you be the full-time Regional IS&T Project Manager in Saint-Bruno, QC, CA we’re looking for? 


Your future role 

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. As an Infrastructure Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex infrastructure projects from inception through to successful implementation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure effective communication, planning, and execution of project goals, and contribute to the development of long-term infrastructure strategies.   
We’ll look to you for: 

  • Collaborating with the international network team to assist in designing and implementing new initiatives, 

  • Driving the resolution of unusual network configurations for joint ventures, temporary solutions, etc., respecting aggressive timelines and cybersecurity practices, 

  • Playing an active role in the implementation of new IT infrastructure, including SDWAN, LAN/Wi-Fi (Cisco and Juniper), Firewall (Fortinet), and IoT implementations, 

  • Providing project direction, leadership, and coordination to team members, building and maintaining a high-performance team culture, 

  • Managing budgets, resources, and contracts to ensure successful project delivery within approved scope, budget, and timelines, 

  • Leading the planning, design, implementation, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects, ensuring they are on-time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders, 

  • Building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle, 

  • Developing project plans, scheduling project timelines, tracking project progress, and reporting project outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders, 

  • Facilitating the implementation of new or upgraded WAN/telecom circuits and serving as a technical support contact during outages, 

  • Hands-on IT problem solving will be required on occasion

          - Internal:  Project stakeholders, End users, Local Management, IS&T organization (Business Partners, Project Managers, Central IS&T Teams)  

          - External: On-Site Support, Infrastructure Partners, Venders

  • Educational Requirements 
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering; supported by solid experience in Project management with a focus on IT infrastructure Design and support. 
  • Knowledge / Experience   
    • Network design and implementation  

    • Proven experience in project management in the IS&T field, including successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.  

    • Strong breadth of knowledge and interest in IS&T and network/infrastructure topics.  

    • Ability to coordinate multi-cultural and diverse teams in a productive and respectful manner.  

    • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and competing timelines, while maintaining attention to detail.  

    • PMP certification is preferred.  

    • Working languages: Advanced level of French and English proficiency required. Spanish, or Portuguese language skills are a plus.
