Perform management activities for the Train Control métier from schedule, budget, scope and bids.



  • Develop and deliver monthly performance dashboard

  • Cooperate with Train Control Engineers and Domain Leaders to deliver committed and shared engineering schedule for project execution (including critical customer inputs).
  • Estimate & commit a budget for project scheduling activities.
  • Identify critical activities with the Train Control Team.
  • Identify the need for anticipation.
  • Support the treatment of Change Request (CR) related to Train Control
  • Ensuring standardization and maximize the carry over or reference function with previous project
  • Contribution to the return of experience on his/her domain


The Key mission will be to ensure that the key parameters to measure performance are in place using standard KPI and Dashboards. Through continuous improvement, the Engineering Performance Coordinator will:

• Synchronize and standardize KPI/dashboard with others métiers performance coordinator

• Ruggedize data flow stream to have periodic and reliable KPI/dashboard

• Automize the KPI/dashboard generation process



  • Engineering diploma
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar position
  • Experience with performance management in a project context
  • Knowledge of engineering processes
  • Industrial & Sourcing Knowledge (docs, process…)
  • Project Management knowledge (risk management, quality process…)
  • Fluent in English and French
  • To have a good taste for technical activities
  • Communication abilities
  • Able to make the synthesis of a critical issue
  • Understand the process and provide robust KPI (automated and stable)
  • To do correct KPI, the candidate needs to understand also budget and planning aspect.
  • Good capabilities on PowerBI, VBA Excel, batch programming,...
