Your Role, Your Impact

  • Develop scalable strategies to identify and mitigate obsolescence risks across rail assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
  • Establish and maintain reliable processes for monitoring component lifecycles and system health.
  • Champion innovation by implementing advanced tools and methodologies for proactive obsolescence management.
  • Share knowledge and best practices to build organizational expertise and foster continuous improvement.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in obsolescence management or asset lifecycle engineering.
  • Proficiency in risk assessment, data analysis, and obsolescence tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of rail industry standards, component lifecycle, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
