Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the technical development and validation of mechanical subsystem deliverables while promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Train-level integration teams and Métier experts), support MLE for integrating selected solutions, and contribute to creating and delivering impactful training sessions—and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for T&P execution (hierarchical reporting) :

  • Supporting MSE in their activities,
  • Validating design and documentation of MSE deliverables based on Métier referential,
  • Providing Return of Experience to improve processes and solutions,
  • Supporting MLE for integration of the solution selected from the catalog,
  • Liaising with Train level to ensure proper sub-system mechanical integration for SAA,
  • Promoting catalog application on T&P

 

We’ll look to you as Central Metier referent (functional reporting) :

  • Driving technical development and sustaining of the product as a product owner at Métier level
  • Contributing to create and sustain the training materials for the commodity,
  • Animating and delivering training sessions to ensure knowledge sharing,
  • Contributing to the growth and continuous improvement of the Métier

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. ,
  • Experience or understanding of mechanical subsystems and their integration within complex systems. ,
  • Knowledge of technical development processes and sustaining engineering practices. ,
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with cross-functional teams. ,
  • Ability to provide and utilize Return of Experience (RoE) effectively. ,
  • Proficiency in promoting and applying catalog solutions to projects. ,
  • Resilience and adaptability to support multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
